All headsets are repaired by Ramp Communications.
Turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days.
To obtain warranty repair, return the products using the following procedure:
1. Contact Ramp Communications via their website, by email, or by telephone as follows:

You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form.
2. Include a Contact Name, Return Address, Telephone Number and Email Address.
3. Label and ship the products, freight prepaid, to Ramp Communications at the following address:

When warranty repairs are completed, the products are returned to the customer via ground shipping at no charge.
Non-Warranty repair costs are billed to the customer by Ramp Communications. Expedited shipping is available and may be added to the repair invoice or charged to your FedEx or UPS account number.
